Gamalena by re45on Gamalena by re45on
Still Shots of a sculpture I did of the character Gamalena. This is for a school assignment. Big thank you to my lecturer for helping us take photos of all our sculptures and the turnaround videos as well.

This is the 2D character design.

Once again I wish I had your skills. In my school i did a sculpture of my favorite wrestler at the time Mick Foley...it came out okay but nowhere near as awesome as Gamalena. You are one very talented artist!

Glad to hear you had a good teacher. I went to a small school that later shut down after being sued. They would explain one or two things, then just say "now make something!" I had classes on sculpting, photography, typography, web desgin, 3D, illustrating, photoshop, painting...all the same thing. show us 2 or 3 things, then throw us to the wolves with no help. Which is obviously why many students filed lawsuits and got the school shut down.

actually maybe that is a common thing... sometimes i really feel that way too. 1 on 1 consultation is always better than class lecturesXD

Our teachers had no time for one on one unless it was for...things they'd want outside of school. 1 of my teachers ended up hooking up with a astudent. Another tried VERY hard to the point where it ruined his marriage. There was 3 of us that pretty much taught eachother and managed to get through with passing grades. It was fun and interesting doing things but how i wish i could go back in time and go to a real school.
